What is Headcount?
Headcount makes high-quality embroidered hats for you to wear in the sun. Founded in Barcelona, shipped worldwide - promoting genuineness, confidence, and love for one another.
What size are the hats?
One size fits most. The caps all have an adjustable strap and fits roughly 55–61 cm / 21.5–24" head circumference.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price. Delivery times are estimates, not commitments, and are outside our sphere of influence. If you're having any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@headcounters.com
What is the return policy?
Right now we can only accept returns on hats that arrive damaged or defective – message us with a photo within [30] days and we'll replace it or refund you. Headcount is still in its early days and every hat is made on demand, so we're not producing stock that ends up as waste. Offering full returns and exchanges is high on our list as we grow. We appreciate your understanding.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
